I had a lovely session with these three gorgeous beings down at Smith’s Beach – physically distanced, but socially nourishing! Isn’t their connection beautiful?!
Re-open for outdoor afternoon winter sessions around Phillip Island. Shoot me a message here or on Facebook if you’re looking for stunning portraits and beautiful family images full of laughter, love and connection that you’ll treasure forever.
This is the before-and-after of the birth of little Eleanor Kaye Hodgkin, my gorgeous niece. 🙂 Unfortunately, as the labour turned into a c-section, I missed photographing the birth itself in favour of anxiously twiddling my thumbs outside theatre. Gratefully, little Elly was born healthy and happy, with amazing mum Lisa, grandparents, aunt, uncle and cousins as proud as can be. ❤️
After the storm, the sunlight brings hope of a rainbow.
She is here. Aurora is the newest beloved member of this uniquely eclectic, sweet and wonderful family.
In theory, I was to photograph Aurora’s beautiful and watery hypnobirth, but she had speedy plans that saw me rock up just fifteen minutes too late. Happily, I still had the absolute honour of capturing her first moments and the next morning, when a rainbow beamed proudly above while Aurora met her big sister, Isis, and two of her doting grandparents.
My sincere and heartfelt thanks to Paula and Sam for allowing me into such a sacred space and time. I am so grateful that you trusted me to capture these precious memories.
These gorgeous kids are simply beautiful people, just like their parents. Their mama cared for my son every Thursday for almost four years. She puts her whole heart and energy into her Family Day Care business, and I am so lucky to have found her, and gotten to know her beautiful kids. We had lots of fun getting these shots on a recent, chilly afternoon at Smiths Beach.
The vibrant and passionate Lisa-Anne Prendergast needed some photos to showcase her fun yet professional style as she launches her exciting new business and career as a marriage celebrant. We took these at the beautiful Churchill Island, where the golden light cast its magic, and the resident peacock was keen for a chat.
If you’re looking for a marriage celebrant on or around Phillip Island, head to lisaanne.com.au, where you can read more about Lisa-Anne and her dedication to delivering “impeccable service, creative passion and extraordinary ceremonies”.
Thanks for being such a great sport, Lisa-Anne! 🙂
I had a ball photographing Mat & Lauren’s wedding last weekend. For one, they both grinned all day long. Their love and joy was palpable and such a privilege to witness. I felt honoured to be part of their day; from sharing in the excited preparations to laughing with all the guests as a turkey upstaged their ceremony, to tearing up at the touching (and hilarious) speeches, to witnessing a dance star emerge in their niece Emily. It was pure fun from start to finish. Thanks for an incredibly beautiful and memorable day, Mat & Lauren! Congratulations!
